We’re excited that your child is interested in the world’s cutest and most realistic, interactive 3D pets! On FooPets, children (and people of all ages) learn the responsibility and joy of pet ownership as they care for their puppies or kittens in a fun and safe online environment.

FooPets was Created by a Veterinarian

The FooPets experience is not only fun, but is designed to be educational and help your child learn about responsible pet care. A FooPet makes the perfect “warm up pet” or “substitute pet” to make sure your child is ready for the real thing. A FooPet is a “real” virtual pet and will teach your child real-world skills.

FooPets is Designed for Kids Under 13

FooPets has many fun activities designed for children. FooMojo, Inc., the creator of FooPets, is a certified licensee of the TRUSTe Children’s Privacy Program, and has been approved by the Federal Trade Commission as an authorized safe harbor under the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Rule. Parents can feel comfortable that their children are engaged in age-appropriate activities.

Parental Controls

Parents always have complete control of their child’s account and can choose to discontinue the account at any time. When children under 13 register on FooPets, they are required to provide an email address for a parent or guardian. FooPets sends an introductory email to the parent’s email address, outlining the login information the child used to register on FooPets. The parent or guardian can choose to edit the information provided to FooPets by the child, and can also disable their child’s account from that email.

By default, children under 13 will not have access to FooPet’s social features (chat, forums, friending, messaging, and gifting). We offer a Parent Dashboard feature to ClubFoo members that allows parents to control the social settings on their child’s account.
